What this page actually covers

This describes exactly what Videoster currently sets — not a generic list of cookie types a site might use. We keep it short because we don't use much.

Cookies we set

A sign-in session cookie. Set by our authentication provider when you sign in, so you stay signed in as you move around your dashboard. Strictly necessary to run the account features you've chosen to use — it is not used for advertising and does not track you elsewhere.

Cookies our payment processor sets

When a checkout or payment form loads on a Videoster page — buying something from a creator's Storefront, or paying a brand deal — Stripe, our payment processor, sets its own cookies for fraud prevention. These are set directly by Stripe, not by us, and are used only for that purpose.

What we don't use

No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking cookies, and no analytics service of our own. As of this page's effective date, Videoster does not run Google Analytics or any comparable tool.

Written by us, not outside counsel

This page was written directly by Videoster to match what the site actually does, not copied from a template.
