For creators

Paid collaborations
with full disclosure.

Videoster introduces finance creators to investor relations teams at US-listed companies. Every collaboration arranged here is disclosed in full: the content says it is paid, who paid, and how much. That is the only kind of collaboration the platform supports.

If your channel is in the network, claim your profile to choose what work you want, receive invitations directly, and see who is asking before you reply. Videoster takes no share of what you are paid: when a company pays through the platform, a licensed payment provider holds the money and pays you the full agreed amount.

The commitment you sign when you claim
  1. In every paid collaboration I accept through Videoster, I will state in the content itself that it is paid, the name of the company paying for it, and the amount and form of the compensation, as Section 17(b) of the US Securities Act requires.
  2. I will place that statement where viewers will see it — spoken or shown in the content and at the start of the description — in the language the content is published in, and I will not remove or obscure it afterwards.
  3. I will not accept payment for a collaboration if I am not willing to disclose that payment in this way.
  4. I understand that Videoster does not review my content and takes no share of what I am paid; when a company pays through the platform, a licensed payment provider holds the money and pays me the full agreed amount, and Videoster never holds it.

Signing it adds a Compliance-ready mark to your profile. The mark records that you signed this commitment and when; it is not a review of anything you have published.
